Reports & Analytics

Dashboard overview

This article will provide an overview of the main Dashboard within the Notionlytics app, which serves as the central hub for all your Notion page analytics.

Cards at the top of the dashboard

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll find several cards that offer a high-level view of your Notionlytics workspace. These cards display the following information:

  • Total number of added pages: The total number of pages you're working with (bookmarked pages). For more information on the difference between these two types, see the Bookmarked and active pages article.
  • Total page views: The overall count of views collected since you started tracking the workspace. To learn more about page views, consult the Page views report article.
  • Total unique viewers: The number of unique users who have visited your workspace at any given time. Read the Users report article for more details on unique viewers.

Page views during the last 30 minutes

Located below the cards, the chart shows the page views data for the last 30 minutes on all tracked pages. If you want more live data information, refer to the Live page views report article.

Reports section

Scroll further down to find the Featured reports section, which includes links to popular reports like New Users, Sessions, and Page Views. Click 'See all' to open the full list of available reports. The Help Center houses detailed information on each report offered by Notionlytics.

Now that you've gained an understanding of the Dashboard's primary functions, it's time to put this knowledge to good use. Open Dashboard
