Week time report

This guide covers the Week time report feature in Notionlytics. The Week time report is a heatmap that shows the specific times when your users are most active, allowing you to optimize conditions for engagement and organization.

An overview of the week time report

The Week time report is a heatmap that visualizes user activity on your Notion pages or workspaces, depending on your selection. The heatmap displays days vertically and hours of the day horizontally. More saturated rectangles at the intersection of a day and time signify greater user activity during that specific time frame.

This powerful feature lets you determine which days and hours are the busiest for your Notion page visitors, allowing you to manage scheduling and content.

Notionlytics allows you to choose from several time frames for your Week time report. You can select from the following options: last week, last 4 weeks, last 3 months, last 6 months, last year.

Using these durations, you can analyze patterns and trends in user activity over different periods. We recommend selecting one of the more extended time frames, such as 3 to 6 months, to better understand user behavior on your Notion pages.
