Manage subscription

In this guide, you will learn how to manage your Notionlytics subscription. To prevent unnecessary issues, always ensure your payment details are up-to-date and carefully review your subscription changes before confirming.


Purchase new or update existing subscription

Here's how you can purchase a new subscription or update your existing one:

  1. Go to the Notionlytics app and log in.

  2. Open the Billing section by clicking on Billing on the left menu.

  3. In the Billing section, you will see a list of available plans with their features. You can buy yearly or monthly subscriptions as well as choose the needed number of trackers on some plans.

  4. Click 'Select'.

  5. If you don't have any payment methods associated with your current account, you will be forwarded to the Stripe portal to add them. If you already have a payment method, click 'Pay and Change Plan.'

  6. The subscription plan will be updated.

Cancel Subscription

Here's how you can cancel your Notionlytics subscription:

  1. Go to the Notionlytics app and log in.

  2. Open the Billing section by clicking on 'Billing' on the left menu.

  3. In the 'Billing' section, you will see a list of available plans with their features. Your current plan will be shown with a 'Cancel' button. Click on it to cancel the plan.

  4. The system will show you a confirmation popup. Click OK to cancel your subscription.

  5. Now, your plan has been successfully canceled.

Access to paid features

Please note that after canceling the subscription, all your paid features will not be available anymore, and all trackers exceeding the free limits will be deactivated and stopped collecting analytics.

Remember to keep your payment methods updated to avoid any service interruptions.
